From 95 North:  Take I-95 South towards Warwick.    Take the RI-117 West exit, Exit 27A (Old Ext 10), towards West Warwick.  Merge onto Centerville Road/RI-117 and travel about 2 miles.  On the right, just before the YMCA, is Centerville Commons.  Turn right into Centerville Commons and building two is the first building on the right.

From  South:  Take Tower Hill Road/US-1 North towards Warwick.  Turn slight left onto RI-4 North.  Stay straight until RI-4 North merges with I-95 North (about 10 miles).  Take the RI-117 exit, Exit 27 (Old Exit 10). Take left at end of exit towards Warwick/West Warwick  and travel about 2 miles.  On the right, just before the YMCA, is Centerville Commons.  Turn right into Centerville Commons and building two is the first building on the right.
